Does your gate stay closed at all times?

  • Our gates stay closed at all times. The gate code will be provided in your welcome email once you reserve the unit. You can always contact us at 979-255-6369 for assistance.

Is there security on site?

  • Both lots are secured by 24/7 digital video surveillance, fully fenced and pin pad gate entrance.

Does your facility provide locks for the units?

  • We do not, you must provide your own lock to ensure that your contents are properly secured.

Do you offer a military discount?

  • We offer a 5% discount to our military. Give us a call and we can adjust your rate. Thank you for your service and Gig'em!

What are your lease terms?

  • We offer month to month leases, with no long term commitment. But if you do need long term, we will provide discounts for 6 to 12 month terms. 

What does the rental process look like?

  • Renting a unit with us is an easy online process, Rent and pay online 24/7 hassle free. All we need is general contact information to establish your account, payments can be recurring or paid monthly on or by the first of each month. We are also available by phone if you need assistance.
